the breakfast area felt a bit cramped and chaotic (like a school cafeteria, not my favorite). also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order for two days. i had to trek to another floor for ice, which, let's be honest, is a first-world problem, but still inconvenient, (especially at 11 pm).

the location is very convenient. i was close to the metro station. i found a starbucks in the building, that was helpful. the staff were pleasant.

the ac was quite loud. i could hear the unit from the neighboring room even when mine was off. the windows did not open for fresh air. the bathroom felt dated.
